Chartering a jet
The price varies on a lot of factors such as type of aircraft, availability on the desired dates, passenger fees, route, flight and positioning times, however, as an estimate you can calculate the following averages for a full charter:
Turbo-prop: €2,500 per hour.
Entry-level jet: €2,950 per hour.
Light jet: €3,500 per hour.
Midsize jet: €4,500 per hour.
Heavy jet: €5,700 per hour.
Ultra long range: €8,500 per hour.
*total time is calculated adding flight time and positioning time.
Most aircraft come as non-smoking, however some owners may be flexible would and allow it if requested.
Booking process
Let us know your itinerary and we will send you a personalised quotation with the best suited options for that trip. From there you can confirm your selection and we will send a contract with your itinerary.
Once we confirm an option is available, you will receive a link to an electronic contract with the terms, that can be signed instantly and electronically, using your phone or computer.
If you prefer, you will also have the option to have a document to print and sign by hand and send to us.
Before my flight
It really depends on the type of aircraft you're booking, we recommend one standard bag per passenger:
e.g. 76cm(30")x40cm(16")x30cm(12") up to 23kg(50lb).
Since private jets don't have overhead storage, please limit cabin baggage to 5kg.
If you're planning to bring a lot of luggage or are unsure, please talk to us before confirming your booking.
After confirmation and at least 24 hours before the flight, we need to receive the names and passport details of all passengers flying.
Given the current COVID-19 restrictions, there may be some additional forms or declarations to be filled and signed. We will inform if any exist for your destination.
Payment
We accept all mayor credit cards, cryptocurrencies and bank transfers. Visit our payments page for more detailed information.
Safety
Our trusted operators have their aircrafts go through rigorous safety testing and checks and are certified by third-party organisations specialised in safety.
Private jets have the flexibility to land in many more airports and are usually better equipped to avoid, or even fly above bad weather, than commercial airlines.
Because we consider safety the most important aspect when we offer an aircraft, we only consider options from operators that are certified and can prove they meet the top industry safety standards for both aircraft and crew.
There is a great health and safety advantage. When flying private, most of the times you will depart and arrive from private terminals, which means speedy security controls and far less crowded spaces, and private waiting areas, reducing the risk of contact with other people from 700 "touch-points" when flying commercial, to less than 20.
Other
Most private terminals have parking available, also, ground transfer vehicles can drop you off right in front of the entrance of the terminal where the handling agents will greet and take your luggage.
Please talk to us for information on a specific destination.
Private jets are pet-friendly. Most operators accept pets on-board but please talk to us if you're planning to bring a pet on your trip, before booking.
Some countries have additional requirements and restrictions for transporting pets through borders, please contact us for advice.
An empty leg is a one-way flight that is available when an operator needs to position the aircraft from one location to another to pick-up the next client and can be purchased for a fraction of the price of a full charter.
We offer empty leg bookings however, because of the nature of the flight, they are subject to change or be cancelled on short notice.
In the case of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
