Job Profile
The Flight Experience Coordinator is key to delivering outstanding service quality, managing post-booking operations, and meeting the needs of Italian and international high-end clients to boost satisfaction and to ensure seamless communication among clients, providers and aircraft operators. What You'll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate end-to-end flight experiences for private jet clients.
- Independently manage daily flight operations and prepare documentation with high attention to detail.
- Proactively monitor and accurately communicate operational factors (weather conditions, ATC Slots, airport permissions, etc.) with clients and providers.
- Collaborate with the team to manage changes in takeoff times, slots, routing or diversions.
- Anticipate potential disruptions and find the best alternative solutions for the clients.
- Take ownership of flights, and handle customer inquiries with a focus on personalised service.
- Coordinate and arrange catering requests, ensuring it meets the needs and wishes of the passengers.
- Arrange VIP ground transportation and additional services to create seamless travel experiences.
What You Bring
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Aviation, Engineering, Economics or Hospitality (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
- Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations even under pressure, maintaining accuracy, focus and a positive attitude.
- No aviation experience required - we'll train the right person.
Location & Working hours:
- Venicejets’ HQ in the hearth of Verona.
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Mon-Fri. Schedule flexibility for some holiday and weekend availability is required.
